CHUCK NEEDS TO GO TO A CHARTER SCHOOL

Obviously his lack of education on the intricacies and nuances of the BASIC city regulations put forth by the city in its founding document must require some additional learning on his part.

RECENTLY HE WROTE:

It might reasonably be inferred from the frequency of these petition drives that the individuals behind them have as true objectives the stalling, slowing down, and obstruction of the business of the Lynn Public Schools. 

Ouch CHUCK, that hurts!

I'm sure that the vast majority of people who signed the Petition do not share similar objectives

Amazing, I did not know CHUCK had the ability to read minds. It would appear that I have UNDERESTIMATED him.

The thing is though CHUCK even if it is and okay I have joked about that as my goal in the past, you see until you can change the CITY CHARTER that is my right and you as an officer of the court should know that unless you are really just a jester in another court.
