NEED SOME BILLS FOR SKILLS

Please read about the accomplishments of the Lynn Tech Skills USA program. Please help send some of these great kids to Louisville to represent Lynn Tech at Nationals if you can.
Post by adviser and LVTI English teacher Jason McCuish:
I feel like every time I post something, I am looking for something for my students, and you might feel the same, but, here I go again. This past weekend, I brought my students to the SkillsUSA State Conference and they competed in many vocational and leadership events. After a couple of years of no success, this year we brought home 14 medals and a scholarship. It is kind of a big deal for our school to do so well. Needless to say, I find myself looking for sponsors again - a few of my students have been afforded the opportunity to attend the National Conference in Kentucky since our school has been recognized as one of the best chapters of Vocational SkillsUSA Programs in the country (top 24 and there are over 13,000 Nationwide). So, we are going to need some funds to afford the trip. We are looking to raise about $6,000. Most of our funds have been exhausted getting us to this point. Please consider helping us out! Any funds will help some great kids go and be recognized at the National Conference in front of 50,000 people as well as an opportunity for them to compete for one of the top spots! Any questions or donations can be made to: LVTI SkillsUSA. Attention: Jason McCuish, Lynn Vocational Technical Institute, 80 Neptune Blvd., Lynn, MA 01902. Any dollar amount matters! If you want me to pick up the donation, I'll be glad to. Thanks for reading and sharing!
