My BFF had an interesting concept at the Teacher's Union sponsored LSC candidate debate last night. What if teachers got to give an evaluation of principals and schools. Anonymously of course. Turn-about is fair play and some constructive answers could come out of it.
Have you ever wondered why all of the elementary schools, with the exception of one, have female principals? Also, a majority of the middle school VPs are female. Is this a discrimination lawsuit waiting to happen for the males who were overlooked even though they are highly qualified? Is Latham getting rid of the good ole' boy club and making it a sewing circle? With a district as large as Lynn and with the clients we deal with wouldn't it make sense to have more male principals? Just wondering.
