To meet NET SCHOOL SPENDING I think we needed 151 MILLION so if I added correctly that's 15 MILLION short or 90% of NSS. Worse than last year. Can you say PENALTY, Boys and Girls?

Not only was there no discussion by the LSC but also for all of the talk by LPOBE and  the Lynn Teacher's Union on this subject WHERE WERE THEY?
