I'M JUST SAYIN.......
I was wondering why a district as large as LPS has a similar event today that will only be HALF that size. I say let ALL the kids go from the middle schools that could walk (so we wouldn't have to pay for transportation for them) in addition to all the FIFTH GRADE classes.

I think it is great that all the fifth grades went today. They had a blast. If all the kids in the middle school went too there would be no room. It was a packed house at Fraser Field. However, the middle schoolers could go another day. Maybe that could be suggested to Mr. Geary.
ReplyDeleteI saw today. It was packed. Chomps didn't tell me those other schools were coming. I guess alligators can keep secrets. I guess I would like to see more kids there but on the other hand there is a lot to be said for the symbolism of FIFTH graders moving up and having this as kind of a GRADUATION present. Maybe the logistics are just too great to have more or even a separate day. You are right, IT WAS ELECTRIC!
