Let's look at a DEFINITION I got from WIKIPEDIA:

I agree. Capano and Ford can and should recuse themselves from this vote, because of tying interest.
ReplyDeleteEven if the vote is against their affiliated interests, the tie remains in question... are they using their authority to balance the scale? By recusing, they can remain neutral and without affiliated interest.
Perhaps Maria Carasco could recuse herself?
