I have stated going back to LSC meetings since the first of this school year. I have PUBLICLY made it my mission that replacements be hired in a timely fashion. Pointing out that the CALENDER that DR.LATHAM was going by going by which would have had replacements by the start of the next semester sometime early next year was not only unfair to these communities but was fiscally irresponsible providing Supplementary income to questionable temporary arrangements a FORD! now WE HAVE A new PERSON in a temporary position from the outside. This is another expense.

DO YOU SEE WHY I PUSHED FOR A SPEEDY TIMETABLE? ESPECIALLY AT FORD, WHERE WE HAVE 3 PEOPLE DOING DR. CRANE'S JOB!
