  Lori D'Amico Wouldn't it be a better idea to hold a public meeting to discuss the $16 million shortfall in net school spending, the penalties the city keeps incurring because of their failure to adequately fund our schools, and where the city will get the funds to pay for the debts it currently has and essentials this city and its schools need NOW?
