TIME TO GET SERIOUS!
I spent three hrs this afternoon at the LYNN PUBLIC SCHOOL ELEMDNTARY BB tournament. Good crowd but I did not see any SCHOOL COMMITEE members or high admin people. What gives?
People aren't and shouldn't be expected to be available 24/7. They do have things in their own lives that they should attend to and there is nothing that requires them to attend all of the things that you expect that they should attend!!
Actually I have heard the MAYOR is on call 24/7 but seriously there are six other members on the committee and you would thinl yje would what you at least rotate making an appearance at this and other similar events. There is more to a child's education than what can be learned from books.
