in light of the NET SCHOOL SPENDING mess.....
We could have NO teachers. It could be left as an empty building. A MONUMENT TO THE HIGH SALARIES OF CITY HALL.
I'm sorry maybe there was another reason why the MAYOR couldn't find money to adequately fund the schools!
