What used to be Manning Bowl is now Manning Field but they should have renamed it Manning Shell. That name would have been more fitting for the games being played there now. Last year LPS paid nuthin, nada, zip for use of the field. Now in FY12 we are being charged $20,000 for use of the field by the city (DPW). Funny doesn't most of the school budget COME FROM the city?
