DOLLAR DAZE - WET ENGLISH (SOUNDS LIKE A RETRO-PUNK BAND)
There have been reports of water sprinklers being on at English High School at times during rain showers. Why use free water when you can pay for it. I mean you got to PAY taxes anyway.
Maybe English just has different way of GROWING education.
