CASH COMES TO KIPP KID

Gates open for KIPP scholar

To think this girl was FORGOTTEN about when it came to the STUDENT GOVERNMENT DAY. Well she may have missed the bus there but it looks like she got a FREE RIDE anyway.

  1. Dr. Latham has made it perfectly clear that she will not allow any association or collaboration between LPS and KIPP. She lacks the ability to separate her personal feelings from her professional responsibilities. She has a reputation for vindictiveness and makes decisions based on those personal feelings, rather than on what is in the best interest of LPS and the students who attend. Gordon College and the Ford School are just two examples of this. I think Lynn Public Schools would make great strides if it were under new leadership. LPS has a diverse population and faces more challenges than many other school districts. We need a superintendent who has the ability to think outside the box and the willingness to involve and work with students, parents, teachers, administrators and the community to improve our schools and the education our students receive. Unfortunately, politics and personal agendas trump what is in the best interest of the students in Lynn.

    1. Well the reality of the matter is that she just signed a contract for THREE MORE YEARS. Some say there was some talk of a shorter contract but the needed fourth vote was brought for the pickle. Don't use just love the symbolism of poetry.
