Went to the regular Friday Pot Luck dinner for the community at the FORD SCHOOL INTERNATIONAL PEACE GARDEN maintained by the HIGHLANDS COALITION. Part of the offering was a homade salsa and tasty salad made from fresh vegetables grown in the garden.
Hopefully this tradition will continue once the NEW principal is in place. Today,along with some of the usual suspects from the neighborhood was a guest, a social worker from CHELSEA. It made me proud to be able to show off the accomplishments of a COMMUNITY vested in its school.
