DREWICZ DELAY DEVIOUS OR DELIBERATE?

Plan to move Drewicz kindergartners postponed

I am definitely glad to see LESS busing. Kids need to stay in their own community. Besides the benefits of WALKING, the money is better spent when it goes for things that will go something that involves TEACHING rather than RIDING!

Still a few things bother me. One it does make me a little suspicious of the CRUNCH CRISIS capitulated by the coming of the certain children cross-country in no-one's company. Perhaps it was PREMATURE EDIFICATION of a PROBLEM positioned to distract attention from the net-spending shortfall? While it is not unusual for population numbers to be fluid, we had previously led to believe we were drowning.

Then there is this:

Ingalls faces a space crunch requiring administrators to move 13 special education students to a program located on the first floor of 90 Commercial St.

Notice that when the plan to move DREWICZ'S kindergarten kids it was to the Early Childhood Center.

Well it's the SAME building. If you are sincere in your belief that the EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER is so GREAT why wouldn't you move the Kindergarten kids from INGALLS there instead of the SPED kids?
