You know people ttarted giving me grief whrn I dared to sound the alarms when Syeve Grossman did the original walk through publically noting how BAD the condition PICKERING was in..STAN, they said, "Are you crazy, ole STEVE is head of the SBA says we are going to be on the LIST. We are moving now."

STAN, YOU WILL BE SPANKED FOR YOUR NEGATIVITY.

And I was.

Then all of a sudden after the election, we were suddenly off the list. But wait could STEVE lead us on"

CHUCK woud have none of this. RICK was pretty upset about this suprise move too cause he has kind of pushed this building crusade pretty darn hard. So CHUCK stamps his feet and holds his breath until we get to give another walking tour.This time we get the EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR of the MSBA. So he comes and he agrees - PICKERING IS IN BAD SHAPE.

guess what though? We got some 200 other apps that all say they are worse whether they actually are. And well we got this procedure you see and well maybe you just don;t measure up.

Come to think about it, do you think we will be able to BOND another 92 MILLION DOLLARS next year or the year after oe the year after that Don't forget we have two schools waiting after that that were originall built in the 1800's.

Don't worry though we are getting an 80% reimburseent that is actuslly much closer to 60%
