PUBLIC CHARTERS?
Massachusetts allows for two types of in-district, autonomous types of public schools: Innovation Schools and Horace Mann Charter Schools. There are currently 10 Horace Mann Charters and 47 Innovation Schools in Massachusetts.
Does anyone know what the difference is between these two?
