BEING DRUG-FREE STARTS AT THE TOP

If elected, I will VOLUNTARILY submit to a DRUG TEST and I urged all of the other candidates for LYNN SCHOOL COMMITTEE to join me in this pledge. I feel strongly that the drug infestation in our schools must be stopped and what better example could be set than having the school committee members submit to screening? Be a leader I say, unless you have something to hide. Role models shouldn't have to model their roles.

C'MON WHO'LL JOIN ME?

    1. Maybe so but why not demand it of those who are? School Committee people setting a good example is never a waste of time or a SNOW job, unless.....

  3. I am sure people would line up to donate to pay for some hair follicle tests. Heck they just bellied up for a 92 MILLION dollar bond. They would want to make sure those with influence weren't under it.

  4. Someone from the mayor's office was telling me the mayor refused to vote for latham's contract, but when at the podium Kennedy voted for Latham. The teacher's union forced her vote. I don't know how true this is, but after watching what happened with the marshall school, i believe it.
The union care much about the students or is all about themselves (the staff)?

    1. Did the NASA program at Ford, threaten Lynn teacher's union jobs too? Is that why Latham went to destroy it? Just saying

  5. The NASA program was a big joke...it contributed nothing except a bunch of teachers went to a simulated space experience. No money, no relevant staff development , nothing but hype . Oh, the publicity was huge, that is true. Prove me wrong ! an astronaut came and talked to kids and that distance learning innovation that was not so innovative at all. It's been done elsewhere for years and more effectively.
