I LIKE SLICED BREAD TOO

Today ‪#‎WeRise‬ with National People's Action to unveil a new agenda for the city of Lynn. Families from all over the city came to sign on and stand up together. And we're just getting started.

EASY TO SAY, HARD TO DO

I would like to hear where the money will come from and what services everybody is willing to give up.

  1. Groups like these think money grows on trees and that the taxpayers should support everyone.

  2. I like to remind everybody that we have a new school we have to PAY for and that those expenses aren't figured into what is considered FULLY FUNDING education. Like I said, "Life is about CHOICES.".

  3. Groups like these irritate me. They always claim to be advocating for "all" yet all their campaigns and protests are pro-immigrant focused. Also they always hold these protests in the middle of the day when most hard working taxpayers are actually working. I wonder how many people holding signs and chanting at these events actually work and pay taxes?

    1. I agree with their GOAL but they need to take PRACTICAL and CONTEXTUAL factors into consideration if they are TRULY sincere about implementing them.
