COUNCILORS: MAYOR CALLS SHOTS ON CITY NEGOTIATIONS
The Mayor's bargaining position is going to be dictated by the real squeeze she feels by the potential devastating loss of $11 million in Chap. 70 reimbursement that I am not really sure the council understands the full impact it would cause. It would mean the city has to make up that loss. Can you say layoff?
