We had probably the largest crowd we ever had at PAC tonight and we got to witness an excellent presentation from two counselors who worked at Facteau Leary. It was on "MINDFULNESS" which was sort of like what we used to call MEDITATION.

It's all about concentrating on calmness and being present, aware of your surroundings. Experiancing them without judging them. Individuals are empowered to learn to control their reactions to their surriundings since everyone's control of their actual surroundings may be limited.

These are tools that everyone has all the time, it just takes time and effort to develop them.
