Dear Dr. Latham , Mayor Kennedy, and Lynn School Committee members,

I have noticed that the next public meeting for the Building School Committee
is on July 21 at the site on Brookline Street in the Walsh trailer. Is this site handicap
accessible with ADA compliant bathrooms? I hope so because it would besides being
possibly ILLEGAL to hold such a meeting in a non-compliant place be a slap in the
face to a marginalized community of citizens near the 25th anniversary of the ADA.

In the past the LSC has shown concern for marginalized communities. I am referring
to the vote to sever ties with GORDON COLLEGE over that private entities alleged
perceptions of the LBGT community. In this case, LPS itself is the potential perpetrator
of the acts of discrimination. It is my sincere hope that these potential violations of the law
have been or will be properly rectified.

Sincerely,

Stanley H. Wotring, Jr
