LYNN SEES NOTHING ‘SUPER’ IN NEW CHARTER
It may seem like everybody at City Hall is on the same page or team if you will but let me remind you despite the MAYOR'S harsh words, JUDY did NOT sign the letter the LSC sent into BOSTON expressing their opposition expressing opposition.
IS THAT KINDA LIKE SPEAKING OUT OF BOTH SIDES OF YOUR MOUTH?
The city of Lynn and Lynn Public Schools should spend more time focusing on their own financial management and improving all the traditional public schools in the city and less time expressing their disapproval of charter schools. Lately, it appears every audit that is conducted in the city of Lynn reveals mismanagement of funds and costly errors. Whenever I listen to a LPS budget hearing, I ask myself the same question. Is there really a lack of state and federal funding, or is the funding received simply being mishandled? The next question I typically have is why isn't the city contributing the full amount of their share (local contribution)?
