Lately, it appears every audit that is conducted in the city of Lynn reveals mismanagement of funds and costly errors. Whenever I listen to a LPS budget hearing, I ask myself the same question. Is there really a lack of state and federal funding, or is the funding received simply being mishandled? The next question I typically have is why isn't the city contributing the full amount of their share (local contribution)?Lorinoreply@blogger.com
