Dear Mayor Kennedy,
During the last school committee meeting you promised to report back to members
of your private meeting with Lt. Governor Karen Polito regarding the resolution of
monies owed and if in fact our possibility for any kind of a waiver was lost because
of our failure to meet the deadline for submitting some sort of repayment plan.

Nothing was mentioned last night of any such meeting or the alleged results. If such
a meeting was held, I am sure minutes were recorded and some sort of public record
of what transpired would be available. I would hope you would be able to direct me to it.

Given the gravity of what's at stake, I am sure you can understand my anxiousness to
see that a major fiscal crisis has been averted. I await your speedy response.
