Gordon College states its case
The president of Gordon College said the school remains committed to Lynn and urged the school committee to reconsider its vote cutting ties to the private Christian college after furor over its policy toward gays and lesbians.

      Yes, but I think we were a dozen or so signitures short and with my medical problems, I wasn't in a position to PUSH it but I do believe some others have began and they are ready to PUSH IT, PUSH IT REAL GOOD.

      Based on my last conversations with those gathering signatures, the remaining few should be turned in next week. The school committee will then have 90 days to hold a public hearing.
