THIS TIME
Dear Mr. Hatch,
It is my understanding that the Net School Spending crisis
for Lynn has finally been resolved. While the city’s debt has been reduced
nearly 50% from what it was, I was wondering if the same adjustments to
spending requirements made for Lynn are going to be made for the other 350
districts? I would not be surprised if the recalculations follow the same line
of reasoning they may well be due a refund from the DESE.
