When bosses are bullies
They necessarily evaluate
With the single-minded
Mission to exterminate.
Differences they no longer
Will not tolerate,
Leaving only a vow
To cleanse and eliminate.
Threats to reason and civility
Only serve to instigate
And often result in
matters that we adjudicate.
An atmosphere heavy
With the acrid fumes of hate,
Where they are comfortable
Can unfortunately relate.
