She ain't no NEW KID IN TOWN (but she IS a lawyer) so it does raise some concern when the MAYOR was absent from a good part of last night's POLICY SUBCOMMITTEE and MEETING OF THE WHOLE (Simple Definition of whole: complete or full : not lacking or leaving out any part: having all the parts : not divided or cut into parts or pieces: great or large in size, extent, etc.).
So does that mean it was a MEETING OF THE LESS THAN WHOLE?
