Although this is not comparing two exact things side-by-side, it's not apples to oranges either. No it's more like comparing two fruits in the citrus family. I think the capacity is similar

I might be off on the EXACT KIPP cost but it is nearly a third of the cost of the MARSHALL construction. The question we need to ask ourselves is why is that and what can we do to narrow that gap. It's just too easy to cry about about monies that are being taken from traditional public schools instead of how that money is being spent.
