NOW TO REPLACE THIS


WE ARE STARTING AT A $132 MILLION DOLLAR, MAKES YOU WONDER WHAT THE ACTUAL COST WILL END UP BEING.

    Since the city has to pay more than 40% of the costs for building a new Marshall, my guess is the same will be true for building a new Pickering. Therefore, I am going to say at least $50 million.

    Remember though about starting points. Your right about the $50 M IF the cost stays at $132 M.
