LYNN FEELING PINCH FROM IRS AUDIT
At the meeting last night I saw KEVIN MCHUGH scrambling to get W-4's and some other tax form signed by DONNA COPPOLA and MARIA CARRASCO. I thought it odd at this peculiar time of year but then again odd is my life.
Could this whole mess be a result of the real climate change that seems to have overtaken city hall since MAYOR JUDY has taken control of the city's financial enviroment. See in the end, we don't get to make our own rules or laws. What's gonna be left after this PIPER is PAID?
