Because to a new Pickering we were dedicated
So site plans were supposedly investigated
In the mean time a new plan was fabricated.
The outrage to this scenario remains unmitigated.
Have to wonder if the whole idea has been hibernated.
The way city finances are situated
Makes you wonder how this will be tolerated.
