IN LYNN, LIBRARIES ARE FOR MORE THAN READING

Lynn schools getting their summer fix

 running the 589-student school out of Cobbet’s library for the remainder of the school year.

My understanding of things is that this work would count toward the NET SCHOOL SPENDING gap so I wonder if it was already included in the budget or a SPECIAL appropriation? It's really a shame about the water damage in the principal's office, I had heard that was the best furbished part of that school. Looks like the library can become a library again, if they only had a librarian.
