DOLLAR DAZE IV - SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR WHAT YOU GOT

The FY16 LPS budget has risen 8 MILLION dollars over FY15. Salary gobbed up about 60% of that raise. On closer inspection if I am right and I think I am, we also LOST 2.7 MILLION dollars in GRANTS (I refer you to the last page of the FY16 budget where you'll find the summary sheet). That means 32 positions that were paid for out of GRANTS lat year had to be absorbed by LPS, for example the WRAP-AROUND ZONE coordinator.
