Seems a bit disconcerting
When we forgo VALUE ADDED learning.
Money for some but not for all.
Kind of fickle where the BUDGET axe will fall.
The opportunity for corruption is ripe
When one wears a different stripe.
But that's how one gets by
When the truth becomes a lie.
