KNOWING WHAT YOU OWE

Last night in talking with COUNCILMAN CAHILL he expressed confidence that JUDY has come up with an acceptable resolution for the SCHOOL SPENDING SITUATION. I do wish I could share in that optimism. No doubt he is privy to details I am not. 

My biggest concern is for the presentation of facts that suit the interpretation of the situation. Sources are developing as we speak to surmise our situation. No matter, not that we are correct but COUNCILMAN CAHILL and I share the belief that UNCLE CHARLIE (No, not you CHUCK) will not come after his REPUBLICAN friend to collect anyway.
