Tonight is a Finance sub-committee meeting. Maybe we will learn about the fiscal miracle that saved the librarians at the two failing schools. I am anxious to learn the reason that magic wasn't performed at the other schools.

The fact that they were restored at the failing schools is an admission of their importance. It is also aan admission of how little they think of other schools and their students.
