Join us for the City of Lynn's dedication of the Bud Fowler Monument. Bud became the first African American professional baseball player when he pitched for the Lynn Live Oaks at the West Lynn ball grounds on May 17, 1878. Come help us honor Bud's legacy on Wednesday Sept. 9th at 6pm near the Locust St. entrance of Fraser Field. Please message if you have any questions.
