Lifting the cap everybody loses
Because of the dilution of the cream
From which a charter chooses
So in the end it's not what it may seem.
Scores everywhere
Will tumble down
Not enough money is there
To go all around.
Charters will be a victim of their own greed
Dwindling resources will guarantee
That not Every Student will Succeed
And then where will we be?
