At the PAC meeting Monday night we had a presentation by BRIDGEWELL about their FAMILY SUPPORT RESOURCE CENTER where they talked about the services (seems like mostly CASE MANAGEMENT but they broker pretty much the gamut) they provide for DDS -eligible individuals and their families,
