Dear Lynn School Committee members,
What occurred Monday at COBBETT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL both saddens and angers me. The
lag time in Superintendent’s response should be deemed unacceptable. Even
taking her delayed explanation for her actions as factual, it clearly was a
violation of school policy as shown below:
If the heat was truly restored at 11:30 as reported in the
ITEM and we are not to believe what was viewed on FOX 25 TV then that alone
would be a clear violation of the school policy on this matter due to the delay
until appropriate action was taken.
As has been apparent before the last two LSC meetings, the
Superintendent has no problem publicly condemning my expression of First
Amendment rights. Therefore I insist on a public reprimand for her lack of
actions. The parents of those COBBETT school children deserve satisfaction and
to see justice in action.
I will be looking forward if not expecting your speedy
response.
Sincerely,
Stan
