Sounds like this project is more like a GATEWAY DRUG to LPS'S overcrowding addiction. How many school age children are going to be housed in those 71 units? Do you really think more RETAIL SPACE will make it more palatable?

I guess we could always use another DOLLAR STORE. I don't see a NEIMAN BROTHERS or a CARTIER'S JEWELRY STORE moving in. Of course there maybe a demand for drug dealers to buy more ROLEX watches. You have to believe after the construction work performed by outside contractors, the jobs left are going to only be where workers need some assistance to live. The competition for aid is high enough. Believe me I have some personal experience there. We have more waiting lists than actual aid.

So the PR arm of the MAYOR, a.k.a the LYNN ITEM, can spin the story anyway they want looks like more problems are created than solved.
