TIME FOR COUNCIL ACTION ON MEDICAL MARIJUANA SITES
I actually have to agree with mostly what the ITEM says here, THE TIME IS NOW! Just want to throw this out there,
IN ORDER TO TAKE AWAY ANY HINT OF POLITICAL PATRONAGE IN THE PICKING OF PLACES TO PURCHASE POT, WHY NOT NEGOTIATE THE HOST AGREEMENT SUCH THAT THE SECRETLY (well maybe not so secret) WINDFALL OF EXPECTED REVENUE BE DIRECTED TO THE SCHOOLS.
After all the best chance at crime prevention is a good education.
