THAT LAST STEP WILL BE A DOUSEY

State is ready to put Pickering to the test

No surprise here, Pickering may well be worse than the old Marshall. The order of replacement probably had as much to do about politics as need. The thinking behind that theory was that the people in Ward 1 would not be as likely to pile on more debt if they had their school. The politics of persuasion worked  and voters approved a $90+ MILLION DOLLAR BOND and soon a state-of-the-art NEW MARSHALL will be completed. (I haven't been asked yet to christen the new WOTRING WING yet.).

There is NO question we need a new PICKERING but remember as learned from the NEW MARSHALL 60 is the new 80, it's all about ALLOWABLE needs and it was decided that the NEW MARSHALL needed to be overcrowded on DAY 1.

ARE YOU READY TO PAY FOR PICKERING? WE'RE PROBABLY LOOKING AT ANOTHER $100 MILLION DOLLAR BOND.

Think of that as you throw more good money after bad.
