I went by Ford Elementary today and stopped to see the fence has been removed from the garden that Highlands Coalition started. The School Dept. , after promising HICO last September that we would have control of the garden, locked us out and told us they would be in charge. I found out today that more than half the garden will be bulldozed and the garden will be small.
