Looks like the final two pieces of property for the school building site has been acquired. The prices listed do seem reasonable but I ain't no real estate expert.
I am surprised that it was completed before the supposed lawsuit about the valuation of the big piece of land that was talked about being an apartment complex.
Is that smoke I see from a backroom?
