You know I've been wondering. Does anybody remember when JUDY came up with all those millions of dollars in FREE cash?

Another $7.7 million dollars, so that brings us to almost $25 million dubiously accounted for and we have school buildings that would be condemned if they were apt. buildings. Now we are about to be asked to BOND out roughly $30 million next June?
Where did that money go?
I think somebody has got some explaining to do.
We may have a FLUSH rainy day fund, has anybody checked the weather report? I think ourr toilets are overflowing and we are getting a bunch of crap.
