If we don't follow every step of the way in the building process of the NEW MARSHALL whether it has a WOTRING WING or not we will be held HOSTAGE when it comes time to vote for the BOND.
There is no doubt we need new, modern facilities. We got a few schools passing the CENTURY mark. What we can't do is wait to find out our only choice after a year-long feasibility study is one that is politically beneficial or convenient at the taxpayers and our students expense.
