I mean Dr. LATHAM got downright indignant when RICK STARBARD referred to the two $27,000 consultant contracts to the same address as a TAG TEAM. I mean DR. LATHAM was right to be upset. RICK was WRONG,

A TAG TEAM would have suggested we alternated paying the contract in alternating instances.
